Adventure Hosts NEPA helps investors maximize returns by using technology driven systems and apps to efficiently run properties. We step in and partner with the owners to run every aspect of the short-term rental process from the initial setup and design, to the marketing and guest communication, to the turnovers and property maintenance. Our Story

Adventure Hosts came to fruition from 2 passionate natives and real estate investors of the northeastern Pennsylvania region.



Adventure Hosts partners, Skyla & Billy have grown up in the Poconos and currently still reside here. From skiing the mountains of Camelback, Shawnee, and Jackfrost to kayaking down the Delaware river to hiking Hickory run state forest. We have adventured here for years and are familiar with all the great areas the Poconos has to offer.

We are also real estate investors ourselves and currently have a portfolio of multifamily apartment buildings and cohost 3 units as short term rentals.
