Our Story
Adventure Hosts came to fruition from 2 passionate natives and real estate investors of the northeastern Pennsylvania region.
Adventure Hosts partners, Skyla & Billy have grown up in the Poconos and currently still reside here. From skiing the mountains of Camelback, Shawnee, and Jackfrost to kayaking down the Delaware river to hiking Hickory run state forest. We have adventured here for years and are familiar with all the great areas the Poconos has to offer.
We are also real estate investors ourselves and currently have a portfolio of multifamily apartment buildings and cohost 3 units as short term rentals.

Michael Sjogren
Michael Sjogren is a husband, father, investor, entrepreneur, CPA, mentor, podcast host, and short-term rental expert. Michael is also the founder of Short Term Rental Secrets, a mentorship program to help new and seasoned real estate investors launch, automate & scale their short-term rental portfolio to fast-track their financial freedom. He currently has a portfolio of 102 short-term rentals across four states including 3 boutique hotels on Boston’s north shore. Michael is also the co-founder of the industry’s largest host-driven conference - STR Wealth Con.
Michael Reilly
Michael Reilly is the Co-founder and CEO of Your BNB Property, has always had a passion for helping others. After a year-long battle against kidney disease, while being the Captain of the Penn State Tennis Team, Michael started a chapter of Uplifting Athletes at Penn State that raised thousands of dollars for kidney disease research. After a brief stint with a professional tennis career, Michael joined the corporate world and was a Business Development Executive for Google Cloud. During this time at Google, Michael realized the income potential of short-term rentals and combined that with a passion for traveling and real estate – Your BNB Property was born. With a portfolio of 16 profitable properties owned and managed, Michael and Your BNB Property is striving to become the #1 boutique short-term rental management organization in North Carolina. Michael also has a passion for coaching and is the Head of Coaching with Short Term Rental Secrets, an education program for 6 and 7-figure STR operators.
